RETURN POLICY

We hate break-ups and hope our love lasts forever. However, we get it...


If you're not completely in love with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund as long as the item is unused and in the original condition with all tags still attached and with the original packaging.
Return Request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.


Once the RA is approved, you will be emailed an RA number that must be written clearly on the outside of your return package.  Return must be shipped within 5 days of approval date.  Packages without RA numbers will be refused.


Returned item(s) not meeting any of the above outlined requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.


After we receive and process your return, which can take up to 5 days, you will be notified via email once you have been refunded.  Money credited to your account may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. 


We do not provide return labels and shipping fees are nonrefundable. You may send your return via UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL (for international orders). Please make sure you have a tracking number as a way to make sure your package is received. SENSEA is not responsible for packages that are lost by a carrier or shipped to an incorrect address.

HOW DO I RETURN?

If you've met and understand the above requirements, you may submit a Return Request. 

Simply email info@shopsensea.com and fill out the following in the body of the email. 


  • ORDER NUMBER
  • ITEM TO RETURN
  • REASON FOR RETURN
  • SELECT RETURN OR REQUEST EXCHANGE
  • COMMENTS (OPTIONAL)


Once your return request has been approved, we will contact you via email and supply you with a Returns Authorization (RA) Number and the return address details. 


Please wait to receive all required returns information and the correct address before sending any return packages to us. Our office is closed over the weekend so if you submit a return request over the weekend, we will reply to you as soon as possible on Monday. 


Once the return package is sent, please email us a photo of the return postage receipt as proof of shipping.  


Purchases made with Promotional Offers are not eligible for a Refund.  Exchange or Store Credit Only.

SALE purchases are FINAL and not eligible for Return. They are yours to keep and love forever.

SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground from a beach in California within 2 business days of placing your order. The only express shipping we offer is Next Day Air.


We ship orders Monday through Friday.  Any overnight orders must be placed by 1pm PST to ensure it ships that day.


Once an order is placed, you may not add any other items to your order or change the shipping details. Please be sure the information you entered is correct before you complete your order.

CARE

  •  Each SENSEA piece is delicate, therefore needs to be treated with extra love and care. 
  • Leather and Suede must be handled with the utmost care due to its fragile nature. 
  • Waterproofing/Conditioning your SENSEA leather is recommended. 
  • Avoid excessive heat, dirt and water contact.
  • Clean hardware with soft dry cloth. 
  • In the event of liquid contact, do not rub the leather. Use a clean dry cloth and apply a gentle tapping motion to absorb the liquid. 
  • If stains occur on leather, dab the area with warm soapy water and a damp soft cloth. Leave to air dry. Apply a clear leather cream using soft circular motions.
